Great coffee at home comes down to four things: fresh beans, the right grind, good water and the right ratio.
- Buy whole beans and grind just before brewing.
- Use a ratio of 1:16: 15 g of coffee for 250 ml of water.
- Water just off the boil, around 93°C.
- Taste and adjust: sour means grind finer, bitter means grind coarser.
Ask our baristas which grind suits your brewer. We are happy to grind your beans in the shop.
